Shipping Information


Unless otherwise indicated in the shopping cart, all orders will ship UPS. Most items will ship within one (1) business day. Some of the larger items such as custom mattress sets will need to be made to order. These items can take up to 2 weeks before they will ship.

Larger items will ship via freight carrier and will be delivered to the curb only. All Cameo and Imperial Plush Top and Pillow Top Mattresses qualify for Free Shipping as descried on our White Glove Delivery Service page.

Free Shipping via our White Glove Delivery Service is available on ALL Plush Top and Pillow Top Mattresses. Free Shipping applies only to continental U.S. addresses. Free Shipping may be used in conjunction with a promotional code. Canceling items, combining orders and/or products or changing your shipping address, speed or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping. You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if any items in this category are canceled. Sterling Sleep reserves the right to charge applicable shipping costs to any such orders. Sterling Sleep Systems may change or discontinue this promotion at any time.

How do I take advantage of FREE shipping with your White Glove Delivery Service?

1. Add any mattress from our Imperial Innerspring or Cameo Innerspring collections.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Place your order and enjoy free shipping and set up within your home!

Shipping providers we use outside of our mattresses that qualify for White Glove Delivery Services will not deliver inside of your home or setup the product for you. If a freight carrier is used, you will be provided with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. Tracking information will be added to your order on this website by 5:00 PST on the day it ships. If you have questions about your order, please call us at 714-891-3191

Until Further Notice:
For the safety of our credit card customers that do not use PayPal for their orders, we will only ship orders where your credit card company has confirmed the billing address. When you submit an order to sterlingsleep.com, the information you enter into the billing address field is sent to our credit card processor for the sole purpose of verifying that you are indeed the card holder. When we check the transaction, we are told if the information you provided matched what the bank has on file. This information includes the billing address, zip code, and the 3 digit code on the back of your visa or MasterCard, or the 4 digits on the front of an American Express Card. if this information does not match, your order may be declined by the processor, or upon review by us at Sterling, we may choose to cancel your order and refund your purchase. We are taking this action for your safety to ensure your credit card is not used without your permission. We are currently in the process of updating our system to include Verified by Visa, and other such systems for your benefit. Once this new system is in place, we may be able to allow shipping to alternate address, but until then, any order we receive where your bank is not able to confirm the address will be canceled and refunded. No exceptions.

We do accept payments from PayPal. If you have a confirmed PayPal account, and you need us to ship to an alternate address, as long as the alternate address is confirmed by PayPal, we are more than happy to accommodate you.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
