What is a Hardside Waterbed? A hardside waterbed uses a rigid wooden frame that the water bladder sits inside directly. It has the classic, traditional waterbed look and feel. Unlike a softside waterbed — which fits inside any standard bed frame — a hardside requires a dedicated waterbed frame.

This listing is for the bladder only. Hardside cover systems are available separately and can enhance comfort and protect your bladder — but they are not required for use with a hardside waterbed frame.

300 Specs

• Series: S-Class
• Wave Level: Waveless — meaningful wave reduction through three layers of wave control fiber; more motion than the 400SX, less than free flow. A great entry point into the S-Class series for sleepers who want wave reduction and lumbar support without going to the highest dampening level.
• Construction: 24 mil purple PVC exterior; three layers of wave control fiber and two layers of lumbar support
• Best For: Sleepers who want a balance of classic waterbed motion with noticeable wave reduction and back support
