Setup was simple, even if I over filled it, (I so appreciate Mr. Gravity). After I got it adjusted it is so good to have a full nights sleep. I'd forgotten just how nice a waterbed is. I was replacing a old sterling mattress that developed a leak after many years of use. Both the old and new mattress are very comfortable. I love the fact that you can replace separate pieces without having to by the entire system.

I called because I woke up to a mattress that was leaking water. I called and told the the mattress that I had bought 15 years ago, they had 2 in stock, they were shipped and once they arrived, we were able to set them up, fill them with water and enjoy another great night of sleep. Everything about this experience, except the mattress bladder leaking, has been a great experience. I will buy from them again, when the time come, in another 15 years.
