We love our new soft sided waterbed. Our old one developed a leak and our local mattress store was unable to get any new beds or bladders. I came a cross Sterling . They have so many choices. Everything was in stock and our new bed shipped right away. I would recommend them if your looking for a new bed.

We just finally got it together, only slept on it once. I am concerned because the phone inside seems to be lumpy like there is more on one side than the other. don't know if that is a concern as it says it may take time for it to expancd completely. don't notice any problem at this point. Can't really grade it yet, box did arrive damaged, but doesn't seem to be a problem with content.

Still Amazing
My family and I currently own 3 of these beds. I bought a new one because literally after 20+ years I suffered an unrepairable leak. I must say that my new bed and mattress is even better than before. The mattress and bladder containment is a great improvement. And the new digital heater as well as the reinforced bed frame are a relief. I love my bed ad Sterling could not be easier to deal with. They take great care of their customers.

We purchased our Sterling Softside Waterbed because of their courteous staff and assistance. We called several waterbed companies and visited on local store before calling Sterling. Sterling's great customer service and knowledge of their products made us go with them. Sterling's price was considerably less with a better quality bed. It was easy to install and their customer service is terrific.
